Biography
Jocelyn Casey-Whiteman is a 500 RYT yoga teacher and teacher trainer at YogaWorks in New York City. Drawing from her background as a professional dancer and her study of the Iyengar and Ashtanga methods, she integrates physical alignment, movement, stillness, and breath to create an atmosphere that welcomes a curiosity for the self and the world. She seeks to offer her students an opportunity to observe, strengthen, understand, and transform themselves through the yoga practice.
